James Cameron was born March 3, 1809, in Cornwall, Stormont Co., Upper Canada, and died February 18, 1870, in Finch, Stormont Co., Ontario, Canada, at age 60. He is the son of Donald Cameron of Cornwall, Stormont Co., Upper Canada, and Janet Catherine McDonald of Scotland.
Ann Abbey was born 1810 in Hope Twp., Northumberland Co., Upper Canada, and died 1834 in Upper Canada, at about age 24. She is the daughter of Nathaniel Abner Abbey Sr. of the Province of New York, and Mary "Polly" Winter of Fishkill, Dutchess Co., Province of New York.
