He has Medium Height, Slight Build, Blue Eyes and Gray Hair. His wife is Cora. He is a Cook for Isaac Abby. Leigh Larson note: Isaac Abbey is the father of Cora (Abbey) LeClair.

Census taken on January 5, 1920, shows Victor LeClair (age 45) born in French Canada to French Canadian-born parents and having emigrated in 1876 and naturalized citizen is a Laborer renting his home and is living at 914 Ogden Avenue, Superior, Douglas Co., WI. Living with him is his wife, Cora LeClair (age 44) born in Wisconsin to English Canadian and Wisconsin-born parents. SUPERIOR VETERANS ORGANIZING BONUS MARCH ON CAPITAL

SUPERIOR, Wis. - A "bonus expeditionary force" to make another advance on Washington to ask full payment of adjusted compensation to veterans is being organized here. Ernest Leclair, Superior, has been chosen leader. Thirty-nine veterans have indicated they will leave with him July 4.
