were Nov. 3. Mr. Mazel was born in Lawrence, Neb., on Aug.
24, 1920. He was a carpenter. He served in the Army Air
Forces during World War II. He was a member of the Veterans
of Foreign Wars and the Elks Club. Survivors include son Rod
of Thornton; daughters Toni Kooy of Colorado Springs, Trudi
Lopez of Lafayette; sisters Frances of Nebraska, Barbara Ann
and Mary Ellen, both of Denver; brother Ted of
Sterling; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild.

technical sergeant in the Army Air Forces during World War
II. He was a life member of VFW and a member of Elks.
