Millard Fillmore Blake was born March 24, 1855 in Hagerstown, Washington Co., MD and died October 1, 1939 in Mount Morris Twp., Ogle Co, IL at age 84. He is the son of William Simpkins Blake of Morrison's Cove, Blair Co., PA and Catherine Gearhart of Beaver Creek, Washington Co., MD.

Eugenia "Jennie" Angel was born December 22, 1858 in Maryland and died January 26, 1896 in the Village of Mount Morris, Mount Morris Twp., Ogle Co., IL at age 37. She is the daughter of Unknown.

Mrs. Blake

Mrs. Blake, mother of Dr. F. G. Blake, died at her home in Colfax yesterday evening at 5:05 o’clock and the remains will be taken to the old home at Mt. Morris, Ill., for interment. Mrs. Dr. Blake is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R. C. Lain of this city and the first report that came was that “Mrs. Blake was dead,” and of course Mrs. Lain was terribly frightened. She went over to Colfax on the evening train.
