Norma May Martin, 86, passed away Monday, Aug. 30, 2010, at Holy Family Nursing and Rehabilitation Care in Des Plaines. She was born Sept. 25, 1923, in Neshkoro, Wis., to Earl and Sylvia Roche. She moved to McHenry in 1959 and worked as a seamstress, bartender and clerk at Bolger Drug Store for 30 years and continued to work at Natures Cornucopia for four years. She is survived by daughter, Vivian Rounds; five grandchildren, Chris Rounds, Stephanie Herndon, Anthony Rounds, Janet Bieschke and Ralph Rounds; 13 great-grandchildren, Alisha Rounds, Cody Rounds, Nathan Rounds, Michael Foat, Shannon Wagner, Sandy Foat, Noelle Foat, Katie Foat, Molly Bieschke, John Bieschke, Jonathan Rounds, Amanda Miller and Ben Rounds; and five great-great-grandchildren, Jacob Arroyo, Ethan Foat, Eric Wager, Jarrid Wagner and Carter Foat. The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 3, at Barbola Funeral Chapel, 282 E. Marquette St., Berlin, Wis. The funeral Mass celebration and burial will be at St. James Catholic Church in Neshkoro, Wis.
