Surviving in Madison is a sister, Mrs. Herman Crume, 2530 Upham St. Other survivors include her mother, Mrs. Iva Mayfield, Dodgeville; two brothers, Leslie Mayfield, Ontario, and Marvin J. Mayfield, International Falls, Minn., and another sister, Mrs. Claude Thompson, Weaver, Iowa.
