Olga Maria Larson was born June 1882 in Ishpeming, Marquette Co., MI, and died October 20, 1965, in Rockford, Winnebago Co., IL, at age 83. She was the daughter of Adolph F. Larson of Sweden and Fredrika Mathilda Gustava "Matilda" Larsdotter of Sweden.

  2. Helen Virginia Swenson: Born August 16, 1913, in Rockford, Winnebago Co., IL; Died May 7, 2005, in a Kerrville hospital, Kerrville, Kerr Co., TX (age 91). Married April 3, 1946, in Rockford, Winnebago Co., IL, to E. G. "Lanny" Lancaster: Born November 3, 1911, in Merkel, Taylor Co., TX; Died November 9, 1994, in a Kerrville hospital, Kerrville, Kerr Co., TX (age 83).

Services Monday

KERRVILLE -

Memorial services for E. G. "Lanny" Lancaster, 83, of Kerrville, who died Wednesday in a Kerrville hospital, will be on Monday, at 2 p. m. at Zion Lutheran Church with Pastor Douglas McBride officiating. Born Nov. 3, 1911 in Merkel, Mr. Lancaster retired after eight years as manager of the Colonial Oaks Apartments. Before that, he had worked in the production department of Rockport Products Corporation in Rockford, Ill. Her served in the U. S. Army during World War II. He married Helen Swenson on April 3, 1946 in Rockford. She survives. Other survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Darryl L. and Connie Lancaster of San Antonio, two brothers, Earl E. Lancaster of Bula and O. C. Lancaster of Banning, Calif.; three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to Zion Lutheran Church. Kerrville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Helen Virginia Lancaster

KERRVILLE — Helen Virginia Lancaster, 91, of Kerrville, passed away Saturday, May 7, 2005, in a local hospital. She was born Aug. 16, 1913, in Rockford, IL, to Karl and Olga Marie (Larson) Swenson. She was a homemaker and a member of Zion Lutheran Church. Survivors include son, Darryl L. Lancaster of San Antonio; niece, Pat Bristol of San Antonio; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, E.G. Lancaster, in 1994. No services will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Zion Lutheran Church, 624 Barnett, Kerrville, TX 78028.
