She was the daughter of Robert Jones of Ireland and Jane Gilmore of Ireland. She is buried in Lakeview Cemetery, Lot 7, Concession 2 of the former Clarke Township, Newtonville, Ontario, Canada. Elizabeth is buried in Lakeview Cemetery, Newtonville, Clarke Twp., Durham Co., Ontario, Canada.
